In the task management module you can describe the individual tasks in detail, e.g. which employees must work at the task when the task starts and when it must be completed. Therefore, the solution provides an efficient registration of the activities and a high level of customer service.
If you have external partners associated with your company, you can provide access to the task system in LeanPoint. That function is extremely useful if you e.g. has a Call Center that fits your phones and should be able to book tasks into the calendar. The same applies to subcontractors working on tasks. Here the subcontractors will be able to create, see the status and history of relevant tasks.
