Registration of tasks is easy and simple via the customer or directly via the company calendar. You can set up a number of task types in advance, which can be associated with the individual tasks, e.g. service visits, support tasks, etc. You completely define the task types to suit your business, and there is no limit for how many types you can have. Regardless of who registers a new task, you as a supervisor always have the opportunity to receive an e-mail notification as soon as a task is created and as soon as changes are made to the task.
As soon as a task has been created, it can either wait in the task list for later execution or be delegated to the employee or employees who are to perform the task. If an employee is prevented from performing a task, it can be quickly re-delegated. In this way, the supervisor can change and adapt the tasks to the other activities.
As soon as there is a start time for a task, it appears in the planning calendar, for the employees involved. In the calendar, the tasks will appear with the current status, which of course can be changed along the way until the task is completed. By default, there are a number of predefined status codes and you can create all the status codes needed for the daily task management. At the same time as the status changes, the task will change color in the calendar, so you always have a visual overview of the status of the tasks for each employee.
For each task, it is possible to fill out different online forms. It can e.g. be a worksheet for the task, where hours and consumption of goods are registered, so that the customer is invoiced for the exact consumption. If you have external documents, drawings, diagrams, pictures etc. to attach the task, it is done easily and quickly via the built-in upload function. Employees therefore have quick access to fill out forms and read documentation when they are working on the task.
