Forms can be created in almost any module in LeanPoint and can be designed entirely according to your needs. You decide which fields to use in the individual forms. Here you can e.g. select text fields, check boxes, drop-down menus, tables, etc. You can even add fields for electronic signature and uploading images. This means that you can specifically design forms that contain only the fields needed for the purpose. It saves a lot of time when filling out the forms.
All ongoing forms are stored on the current case and can be reopened when additional information needs to be added. It is often relevant on a worksheet, where materials and time or forms for quality reports are added on an ongoing basis. When a form is completed and approved, it is saved on the case as a PDF document together with any external documents attached. From here, it can be easily reopened and an email attached if one customer or supplier needs the other document.
In any form you can add fields for electronic signature. This means that you can design a system where employees can sign for the handing over of work clothes, keys and tools etc. In fact, there are no limits to what you can use the solution for. We have e.g. developed a solution where employees receive a receipt when they receive a travel card or a taxi voucher. The system then keeps track of who has been handed out which cards, when it has been handed out and for what occasion it is used. Electronic signatures can also be used when a customer has to accept an offer or has a receipt for a service report.
A great strength of the solution is that you can insert images into the forms. You simply design a form with an image upload button. Pictures are often used in connection with service work, where they are used to document installations and buildings. If you use the solution for electronic worksheets, you can create item lines that automatically pull the item from the warehouse when item consumption has been registered on a case.
